We have represented clients at over a thousand ex parte and inter partes hearings and appeals at the UK Trade Marks Registry.
In preparation for Trade Mark Attorneys' extended rights of audience in the English County Court and High Court, Alasdair MacQuarrie (a solicitor) was among the first ten attorneys in the UK to complete the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys' Litigation Crash Course.
